The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate billing information, shipping details, recipient information, and contact details at the time of placing an order.
For security, fraud prevention, and the protection of high-value jewellery purchases, Women by Ramya reserves the right to verify customer identity, billing information, payment information, shipping address, and recipient details prior to dispatch.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed, requests to change the shipping address, recipient name, contact number, delivery instructions, or any order-related information may be refused at the sole discretion of Women by Ramya.
Women by Ramya may require additional identity verification, address verification, payment verification, or supporting documentation before approving any modification to delivery details.
For security reasons, orders shall only be delivered to the customer whose name appears on the order, invoice, and payment records unless prior written authorization has been approved by Women by Ramya.

All orders shall be delivered through verified and authorized logistics partners selected by Women by Ramya.
Delivery shall be deemed successfully completed when the verified logistics partner records delivery through its official tracking system and obtains the required delivery confirmation, including but not limited to OTP confirmation, recipient signature, delivery acknowledgement, photographic proof of delivery, GPS confirmation, courier scan records, or any other verification method used by the logistics provider.
Records maintained by Women by Ramya and/or its verified logistics partners, including product photographs, packaging photographs, packaging videos, dispatch records, weight verification records, tracking records, OTP confirmations, signature records, delivery photographs, GPS coordinates, courier acknowledgements, and proof-of-delivery documentation, shall constitute conclusive evidence that the correct product was dispatched and successfully delivered.
Women by Ramya shall not be liable for any loss, delay, non-delivery, theft, damage, or additional costs arising from incorrect customer information, unauthorized requests for address changes, recipient changes, refusal to complete verification procedures, or any event occurring after successful delivery has been confirmed by the verified logistics partner.
Delivery to the verified recipient, supported by courier records and proof-of-delivery documentation, shall constitute final and conclusive evidence that the order has been successfully delivered, accepted, and fulfilled.
