Ring Resizing
Ring resizing requests may be accepted for selected ring designs. The feasibility of resizing depends on the design, diamond setting, gemstone setting, metal structure, and size adjustment required.
Women by Ramya Diamonds reserves the right to determine whether a particular ring can be safely resized.
Jewellery Repairs
Repair services may be available for:

Shipping for Repair & Resizing
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping jewellery to Women by Ramya Diamonds unless otherwise agreed.
Women by Ramya Diamonds shall not be responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit to our facility. Customers are encouraged to use insured and trackable shipping services.
Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt, the jewellery will be inspected to determine:

Service Charges
Repair, resizing, shipping, insurance, additional materials, gold additions, diamond replacements, gemstone replacements, and labour charges may apply and shall be communicated before commencement of work.
Limitations
Women by Ramya Diamonds reserves the right to refuse repair or resizing requests if:
* The product was not purchased from Women by Ramya Diamonds; * The jewellery has been altered by a third party; * The requested modification may compromise product integrity; * The product shows excessive damage or misuse.
Liability
While every effort is made to perform repairs and resizing with utmost care, Women by Ramya Diamonds shall not be liable for pre-existing weaknesses, hidden defects, prior alterations, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from the original condition of the jewellery.
Final Decision
All repair and resizing services are provided at the sole discretion of Women by Ramya Diamonds following technical evaluation by our jewellery experts.
