All orders placed with Women by Ramya are accepted on a 100% prepaid basis only.
Full payment must be received and successfully verified before any order is processed, manufactured, customized, packed, or shipped.
Women by Ramya does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), partial payments, instalments, or payment upon delivery unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Orders will only be confirmed after successful receipt of the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and any additional fees.
In the event of payment failure, transaction reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute, Women by Ramya reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse the order without liability.
For customized, made-to-order, gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery, production will commence only after receipt of 100% cleared funds.
All payments made are subject to the Women by Ramya No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange Policy.
