All international orders are shipped through trusted and insured logistics providers. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and shipment details will be provided to the registered email address and/or mobile number associated with the order.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking information.

Delivery Confirmation
Delivery shall be deemed successfully completed when the verified logistics partner records the shipment as delivered through its tracking system, delivery records, signature confirmation, OTP verification, photographic proof of delivery, GPS confirmation, or any other delivery verification method used by the logistics provider.
Risk Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss shall transfer to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation by the verified logistics partner.
Women by Ramya Diamonds shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, misplacement, or unauthorized handling occurring after successful delivery has been confirmed.
Customer Acknowledgement
