At Women by Ramya Diamonds, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and hassle-free international shopping experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your international order.
Payment Terms
- All international orders are 100% prepaid.
- Payment must be made from a single bank account belonging to the purchaser.
- Payments must be remitted in foreign currency via international wire transfer to the designated bank account provided by Women by Ramya Diamonds.
RBI & FEMA Regulations
- As per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), payments received in foreign currency from outside India can only be fulfilled by exporting the jewellery outside India.
- Such orders cannot be delivered within India.
Domestic Payments
- Orders paid through an Indian bank account or in Indian Rupees (INR) cannot be exported outside India.
- International shipments are available only for overseas payments received in foreign currency.
Remittance Instructions
When making an international bank transfer, kindly mention:
- Purpose Code: AS S0103 (Advance Against Imports)
- Remittance Purpose: Purchase of Gold and Diamond Jewellery for Personal Use Only.
Failure to provide the above details may delay order processing.
International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Package dimensions and weight
- Order value
- Insurance
- Courier charges
Our Customer Support Team will confirm the exact shipping charges before dispatch.
Shipping Destination
For regulatory and security reasons, jewellery can only be shipped to the country of the person making the payment.
We are unable to ship international orders to a third-party country or alternate destination.
Dispatch After Full Payment
Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the full payment has been received and verified by Women by Ramya Diamonds.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on customs clearance, courier operations, destination country regulations, and other external factors.
While we will provide a shipment tracking number upon dispatch, Women by Ramya Diamonds cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Courier Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the courier company, any delay caused by customs authorities, airlines, courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances is beyond our control.
Women by Ramya Diamonds shall not be held liable for such delays.
Lost Shipment & Insurance
If an international shipment is lost and remains undelivered for 120 business days from the dispatch date, Women by Ramya Diamonds will initiate the insurance claim process.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers may place a new jewellery order against the approved insurance amount.
- If the customer requests the replacement item to be shipped again, all applicable shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes shall be borne by the customer.
Insurance Coverage
International shipment insurance covers up to 75% of the product value (gold and natural diamond value only), subject to the insurer’s approval and policy terms.
To process an insurance claim, the consignee must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and any other documents requested by the insurer.
The approved insurance amount can be used exclusively towards the purchase of jewellery from Women by Ramya Diamonds.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned to India due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to accept delivery
- Non-payment of customs duties
- Any other customer-related reason
all freight charges, customs duties, return shipping charges, storage fees, and other applicable expenses shall be borne by the customer.
International Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once payment has been received from overseas and the order has been confirmed, no cancellation, refund, or exchange will be permitted, except where required under applicable law.
Customs Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or any other taxes imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Women by Ramya Diamonds has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or collect them in advance.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Full legal name
- Complete delivery address
- Valid phone number
- Email address
- Postal/ZIP code
Women by Ramya Diamonds shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delivery Verification
For security reasons, the recipient may be required to:
- Be physically present at the delivery address.
- Present a valid government-issued photo identification.
- Sign for the delivery.
Customers are requested to notify Women by Ramya Diamonds immediately upon receiving the shipment.
Policy Updates
Women by Ramya Diamonds reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this International Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall govern all international orders
