At Women by Ramya Diamonds, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you safely, securely, and efficiently. Please read the following Domestic Shipping Policy before placing your order

Recipient Information

At the time of placing your order, you must provide the full legal name of the recipient, exactly as it appears on a valid government-issued photo identification.

The recipient may be required to present any one of the following original government-issued ID proofs at the time of delivery:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • PAN Card
  • Driving Licence
  • Voter ID Card
  • Ration Card (issued in the recipient’s name)

Our courier partner reserves the right to verify the recipient’s identity before handing over the shipment to ensure a secure delivery

Identity Verification

For security reasons, the courier partner may verify the recipient’s name and photo identification before completing the delivery.

The recipient must cooperate by providing a valid government-issued ID for verification if requested.

Authorized Recipient

If you wish to authorize another individual to receive the shipment on your behalf, their complete name and contact details must be provided at the time of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, the recipient’s details cannot be changed.

Shipping Address Changes

Customers may request a change to the shipping address only before the order has been dispatched.

To request an address change, please contact the Women by Ramya Diamonds Customer Support Team as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be accommodated once the shipment has been handed over to the courier

Shipping Charges

Domestic shipping charges, express delivery charges, or any additional logistics charges, where applicable, will be communicated during checkout or before dispatch.

Any special delivery requests may incur additional charges

Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving your package, please carefully inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery.

Do not accept the shipment if:

  • The package appears opened or tampered with.
  • The seal is broken.
  • The package is visibly damaged.

We recommend opening the package in the presence of the delivery executive whenever possible to verify that:

  • The correct product has been delivered.
  • The jewellery is undamaged.
  • The contents match your order.

If any discrepancy is noticed, refuse delivery and contact Women by Ramya Diamonds immediately

Delivery Confirmation

Once the recipient signs the delivery acknowledgement or OTP confirmation is completed, the shipment will be considered successfully delivered.

Women by Ramya Diamonds shall not be responsible for any claims relating to missing items, damage, or incorrect products reported after delivery has been accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable, our courier partner will normally attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, the shipment will be returned to Women by Ramya Diamonds.

Any re-shipping charges, handling fees, or additional courier charges for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation delays
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier operational issues

Women by Ramya Diamonds shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full recipient name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • Postal/PIN code
  • Mobile number

Women by Ramya Diamonds shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

Secure Delivery

For high-value jewellery orders, Women by Ramya Diamonds may require:

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • OTP verification
  • Signature upon delivery

These measures are implemented solely for the safety and security of our customers.

Policy Updates

Women by Ramya Diamonds reserves the right to amend or modify this Domestic Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall govern all domestic orders.
