These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of all gold, diamond, gemstone, and customized jewellery sold by Women by Ramya through its website, social media channels, third-party marketplaces, and partner platforms.
Product Authenticity
Women by Ramya guarantees that all jewellery sold is genuine and crafted using the materials specified in the product description. Product specifications, including metal purity, gemstone type, weight, dimensions, and design details, are provided to the best of our knowledge and industry standards.
Natural Variations
Customers acknowledge that diamonds, gemstones, pearls, and natural materials may exhibit slight variations in colour, clarity, texture, shape, and inclusions. Such natural characteristics are not defects and are part of the uniqueness of each piece
Product Images
Product photographs are intended for illustration purposes. Due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of gemstones, slight differences in colour, size, and appearance may occur between the displayed image and the actual product.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold, diamond, gemstone, labour, shipping, and market costs. The price paid at the time of purchase shall be final.
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and verification by Women by Ramya. Full payment must be received before order processing begins. Women by Ramya reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.
No Return, No Refund, No Exchange
All purchases are governed by the Women by Ramya No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange Policy.
Once an order has been placed, confirmed, processed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customized and Made-to-Order Jewellery
Customized, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially commissioned jewellery is non-cancellable and non-transferable. Customers are solely responsible for approving all customization details before production begins.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Women by Ramya shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership pass to the customer upon successful delivery..
Jewellery Care
Customers are responsible for the proper care, storage, and maintenance of their jewellery. Women by Ramya shall not be liable for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, exposure to chemicals, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or third-party repairs.
Limitation of Liability
Women by Ramya’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product purchased. Under no circumstances shall Women by Ramya be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product photographs, videos, content, branding, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Women by Ramya remain the exclusive property of Women by Ramya. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Fraud Prevention
Women by Ramya reserves the right to verify customer identity, payment information, and shipping details. Any suspected fraudulent transaction may be cancelled without prior notice
Force Majeure
Women by Ramya shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or supplier shortages
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases made through Women by Ramya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Women by Ramya, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange Policy.
