  • Source of funds confirmation (where appropriate)
  • Verification of beneficial ownership for business entities

Transaction Monitoring

We monitor transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activity. Transactions may be delayed, placed on hold, or declined if additional verification is required.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Updating any changes to their contact or identity information when requested.
  • Cooperating with reasonable verification requests
